So May went for the Bread Baking Workshop at Marché.
The instructors were very impressed with May, who already seemed to know what to do (2nd time, mah!)
As always, May reserved last piece of bread for Aba.
Special delivery made when Aba came back from work!

Host: So, what you wanna drink, ah?
Joker: Anything.
Host: Aiyah, don’t lidat lah! What you really wanna drink?
Joker: Whatever can-lah.
Actually, there really are drinks called ‘Anything’ (carbonated) and ‘Whatever’ (non-carbonated) available south of the border!
And they come in ‘can’s too!
Aba’s friend bought some for Ama from Singapore.

May has 2 new followers.
The Twins have learnt to play puzzles like big sister!

The Family, including Ah Gong, went to Pandan Lake Club for Aba’s cousin’s girl’s ‘Full Moon’ celebration.
During the gathering, Ama was too scared to hold the baby!

When Ama takes Sarn, Sarn is OK.
Even when Ama goes alone, Sarn is also OK.
But, when Ama took Jern today, Sarn went ballistic!

The Family was at the ‘Farewell Party’ for Aba’s cousin, who is returning to US.
The only other young child at the gathering.
There were no toys there, so the Twins entertained themselves by chasing the dogs and hijacking all the tidbits for munching.
May brought her puzzle box.

May will be going to her 2nd baking workshop soon.
Ama won’t be left out either!

Yummy!

How many 2 & 4 year old kids have experienced spending ½ a day at the police station, as well as going to the High Court of Malaysia (don’t ask why)?

The Chef and the Patron – a portrait of Everyday Life by the Twins.
Jern made a tall hat from a paper bag specially for this work of art!
NB: Jern duly demanded for payment, after Sarn had finished ‘eating’!

Ama got a friend (from anggugu.com) who married a Japanese to buy a play and draw mat for the Kids.
It’s available thru amazon.co.jp but not the American site.
It’s a cute drawing mat that uses ordinary water for ‘ink’!
Kids can stamp or draw using pen-like holders filled with water.
After 20 seconds the area dries and [...]
