The WONG Family

So the Kids were playing ‘masak-masak’, and came to take ‘order’ from Ama – fish & chips with egg.
Drink what? Coffee…
And they came up with this…

Apparently, the English Story Competition at the kindy on 18 Oct in which May participated did in fact have winners!
 
May got 3rd place!
 

Surprising as she was not yet fluent in the language and only told a short story compared to the much older candidates. 
Aba rewarded her with a present, which she picked herself – a [...]

May participated in the schools competitions representing her class 2 categories: singing as part of a duo; and English story telling.

Ama went to great length for the story telling.
The story was entitled ‘The Greedy Hippo’. So Ama made a Hippo hat and a cardboard hippo face that was slung over the shoulder.

Now that Aba is at the new job, dinner is served later than before – so the Kids are allowed a ‘snack meal’ in the afternoon.
Here is a ‘special’ toasted bread with toppings added by the Kids themselves.

So May went for a trip to the Vitagen factory, organized by the kindy.
Brought home a pack of Vitagen products, and shared with Jern and Sarn.
